This server is the API (port 4000). The home page is not used for gate pass checks.
Scan a gate pass QR or open a URL like:
/api/v1/darshan-tokens/guest/scan/G-K7XM9P2Q4R8N
Health check: /api/v1/health
For the website, open port 3000 on this machine (e.g. same IP, port 3000).
